Family and Childcare Solicitor

LAW Absolute are currently recruiting for a Family Solicitor to join a specialist firm on a permanent basis. The firm is located at a easily commutable distance from London and offers working from home as well as flexible arrangements.

The duties will include; representing adults and children in care proceedings and advising clients on issues relating to general family work including divorce, financial relief, private family, children act proceedings and applications for non-molestation and occupation orders.

The successful candidate is required to be a children’s panel member and experience in Guardian CafCASS work and strong advocacy skills in order to be considered for the role.
