A broad daily remit will include:

- Liaising with stakeholders across the business to refine legal processes
- Advising on regulatory developments (eg. IFD, EU disclosure), and updating contracts, frameworks and governance to reflect the changing environment
- Providing legal input to teams across the EMEA region, including sales and marketing activities
- Advising on product development, including the creation and structure of new funds
About You
This position is ideal for a candidate in the 4-10 PQE range, although applications from all levels will be considered on merit.
You must have trained and held a post-qualification post at either a magic/silver-circle or US law firm, and possess extensive experience of advising asset management clients on a range of commercial, fund-related and regulatory matters. Recent private practice experience is viewed as advantageous due to the highly technical and complex nature of the remit.
This role requires a motivated and energetic individual who will get involved in a constantly changing set of requirements and has the interpersonal skills to advise & influence stakeholders right across the business.
Please note that this role is considered inside IR35 and therefore not available to any candidates wanting to operate via a limited/personal services company
