Employment Solicitor | Nottingham city centre | 2 years' + PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive
Based within the Nottingham city centre office of this highly respected national practice, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of claimant Employment Rights matters. You will be expected to manage your own caseload of varied claims from inception to conclusion and must therefore be familiar with the litigation process and have excellent knowledge of Employment Tribunal rules of procedure.
Matters you will work on include unfair dismissals, wage claims, settlement agreements as well more complicated issues such as discrimination and TUPE.
You will join a team of dedicated specialists who will provide structured supervision, coaching and training as well as a nurturing environment where you can grow and shape your career.
This position is offered on a permanent basis and has arisen due to expansion of the department.
