Residential Conveyancer
Due to expansion a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal is wanted for a fantastic opportunity within an established West Yorkshire law firm's Head Office. Applications are invited from ambitious Residential Conveyancing Paralegals looking for a bit more responsibility in a friendly and supportive working environment. Salary to £26,000 with excellent benefits plus full training and development provided.
The successful Residential Conveyancing Paralegal will join a friendly team managing a full and varied caseload including but not limited to; Statements of Truth, Deeds of Postponement and TR1 documents. Day to day duties will include sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries and searches.

The successful candidate will possess at least 12 months Residential Conveyancing experience gained in a busy high street, regional or volume conveyancing environment.
