Childcare Solicitor

Our client, a Yorkshire based Local Authority is seeking an experienced Childcare Lawyer to join their team on a locum basis for a minimum period of 3 months

Day to day responsibilities for the successful Childcare Lawyer will include;

• Managing a caseload of approximately 10 - 12 childcare cases
• Conducting advocacy for non-contested and contested cases
• Attending meetings as required

The successful Childcare Lawyer will ideally be available to work full-time hours and will be all remote for the time being. With the potential need to attend the office for the occasional meeting/hearing.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Childcare Lawyer to join a friendly and established childcare team. Candidates with experience in childcare law from either the public or private sectors will be considered.
