Plot Sales Conveyancer

My client, an award winning and International Top 45 Law firm are currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to work in their Plot Sales team for their offices in Liverpool.

As the successful Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of Plot Sales and Part Exchange conveyancing files (both sales and purchases) including, Checking titles and dealing with enquiries, Liaise with various parties such as other parties, Perform billing duties, ensuring bills are paid in a timely manner, Complete client MI procedures, Achieve set financial and chargeable targets.

The ideal candidate will need to hold at least 4 years experience as a Residential Conveyancer and ideally hold experience in dealing with housing developers although this is not essential. Candidates must hold experience in checking freehold and leasehold titles, Complete SDLTs/Land Registry forms etc and managing a small team consisting of a case handler and admin support.
