Private Client Lawyer, Cambridgeshire – 3+ PQE – Highly rated law firm in Cambridgeshire seeks an experienced Private Client Solicitor to handle a varied caseload of private client matters. 

THE ROLE:
Perfect opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor who is looking for the next step in their career as a Private Client Lawyer. You will be joining a firm which not only holds a very strong reputation across the UK legal market but also has leading industry expertise within the private client sector. This market leading law firm is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and ambitious Private Client Solicitor who not only has good technical abilities but who also appreciates the need to business develop to ensure continuing growth and client relationships within the department. This position will require you to have a solid understanding of all aspects of private client law including wills and probate, court of protection, trusts, tax issues including capital gains and inheritance matters, as well as a thorough understanding and appreciation of the needs of a wide variety of clients including those within the agricultural and rural sectors.

THE CANDIDATE
The successful Private Client Solicitor will have a good grounding within private client work. There are excellent career opportunities available for ambitious solicitors. Your experience will be well-rounded and you will have a solid understanding of private client work including wills, administration of estates, powers of attorney and trusts. The successful Private Client Solicitor will have at least 3 years PQE and be ambitious and happy to commute further afield when necessary to meet with key clients.
