THE ROLE

Within a leading team in London which advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies at all stages of the downstream investment cycle, including leverage buyouts, co and minority investments, management incentive plans, financings and refinancings, bolt-on investments, management change, recaps, corporate restructurings and exits.

ABOUT YOU

This role will suit a lawyer with excellent academics and at the NQ-2pqe level who will join the Private Equity team of the Corporate group, focusing on Private Equity transactions in the UK, Europe and globally.

If NQ you will have been retained by and qualified for at least six to nine months with the firm you trained at in the London market or in a similar common law jurisdiction, although those with less or more relevant experience will be considered on their merits.

Experience of NDAs, engagement letters, disclosure letters, diligence reports and ancillary documents is expected.

You must also possess the skills to take on a high degree of responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast paced and friendly environment.
