Regulatory Solicitor - Leeds City Centre
A leading multi-service law firm are looking to add a Solicitor and continue its expansion of its well-established Regulatory Team. The Regulatory role will be based in the firm's modern well-situated office in the Leeds City Centre.
The role will require handling your own investigatory caseload where it is claimed your client's ability to perform is diminished through health issues, misconduct or competence. You will be preparing a defence for these cases at hearings before panels/committees of the relevant regulators.
The law firm is ideally seeking a Newly Qualified to 5 years PQE Solicitor from a similar specialist background in Health & Safety, Criminal, Healthcare and other regulatory prosecutions.
