Commercial Solicitor - Our client is a top tier Legal 500 firm, who have been advising individuals, organisations and businesses for over 100 years. They have asked us to find them a further commercial solicitor to join their award-winning, dynamic, corporate and commercial team based in Mid Kent.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join one of the Southeasts leading providers of legal advice to the renewable energy and technology sectors. They advise a broad range of companies both locally, Nationally, and internationally. You will be managing a caseload of commercial contracts, including, commodity sale & purchases, supply and distribution arrangements, construction and operation documentation and shareholder/consortium arrangements.
Candidate Requirements
They are looking for a solicitor with at least 3 years relevant experience in handling a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. As well as commercial acumen you will need to have the ability to work in fast paced environment, good with marketing activities and have a proven track record.
