Contentious Probate Solicitor
Sheffield | Up to £45,000 per year
We looking to speak with experienced Contentious Probate Solicitors and general Litigation Solicitors with contentious probate experience for a role at a well-respected South Yorkshire law firm. Based in the firm’s Sheffield office, the Contentious Probate Solicitor will be offered a full-time, permanent role.
This is an increasingly busy specialist area of law and we are seeing a lot of firms expand their teams.
Your New Role
Day to day, the Contentious Probate Solicitor advise a mixed client base including some HNW individuals and families in relation to probate disputes including:
- Trust and Estate disputes
- Will validity
- Power of Attorney disputes
- Inheritance Act claims
- Court of Protection work
About You
Applications to this Contentious Probate Solicitor role should demonstrate:
- 3-4 years’ PQE
- Experience working closely with a Head of Department on a great mix of contentious probate work
- Experience assisting with the mentoring and progression of more junior lawyers
Salary & Benefits
The firm is multi service with both a strong personal law and commercial law reputation in the region and has a pleasant working environment. On offer for the successful applicant will be £32,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus competitive benefits.
