COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR – 1+ PQE – LINCOLNSHIRE - JOB REF:1750

A new exciting role has arisen to join a well-respected law firm within a rapidly growing team. The Partners are looking for a Commercial Litigator to assist lawyers with their caseload. The ideal Litigator will have some experience or knowledge of Japanese Knotweed cases (professional negligence, misrepresentation).You will have the ability to run cases from beginning to end with minimal supervision. Daily tasks will include however not be limited to: letters and particulars of claim, client correspondence, ensuring court deadlines are complied with, preparing disclosure and trial bundles, instructing and liaising with counsel, preparing costs budgets, draft orders and case summaries. You will have a minimum of 1 years' experience as a Commercial Litigator, an outstanding understanding of Civil Procedure Rules and excellent written and oral communication skills. In addition, you will have exceptional drafting skills and be motivated and capable of working independently.
