An elite NY HQ firm is looking for a Corporate/M&A Associate Solicitor between 1 and 3 years' PQE to join their award winning and growing Corporate team.
The firm represent public and private companies, private equity firms, financial sponsors, investment banks and governmental entities. Deal values regularly run into the tens of billions of dollars.
The successful Corporate/M&A Associate will have worked at a top ranked International, UK or US firm in their Corporate department. If they are under 2 PQE they will likely have trained and been retained by their firm.
The candidate can expect:
- Near top of the market salary (between roughly £130k and £200k on the base depending on PQE)
