Corporate Commercial Solicitor - This large, multi-office practice with a fantastic reputation in Kent and Sussex has asked us to find them a further junior corporate commercial solicitor to join their growing team.
About the Role
Due to expansion, this well respected corporate and commercial team are now looking for a junior solicitor with up to 3 years’ experience to take on a busy and high-quality caseload of:
- Data protection/ GDPR drafting
- IP contracts
- Corporate transactions
- Drafting commercial agreements
- Drafting Due diligence
- Charities and social enterprises
Candidate Requirements
They are interested in seeing the CV’s of candidates with:
- NQ-3 years relevant experience
- Good drafting skills
- Organisational ability
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
