UK headquartered international pharmaceutical/device development and manufacturing organisation now seeks a Senior Counsel to join their London based legal team. This exciting new role will work with the legal, IP and Co Sec team but with a focus on supporting the SVP Deputy GC with commercial contract matters. The role will also support departments including procurement, BD, HR, Finance, Operations, Pharmaceutical Development and Project management and also work on broader legal and compliance issues.
You will be a lawyer with at least 4-5 years experience (although all relevant candidates will be considered) including working on life sciences (pharma, biotech, CRO, CDMO or medical devices) related commercial contracts either from a law firm or similar in-house organisation. You will also be a self starter with strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels internally and with professional advisors.
