The Role

They are seeking to hire a Senior Business Immigration Solicitor 5 years + PQE into their growing team.

You will work as part of a leading business immigration department; you will work with the Partner to drive the department forwards. The firm specialise in Tier 2 and 5 sponsor license applications, the Resident Labour Market Test, advise on business visitor visas, ensuring compliance with Home Office guidance avoiding liability for illegal working and advising on issues relating to Tier 1 applications.

You will find a wide variety to the type of work that they deal with, making for an interesting role.
