Commercial Litigation NQ

A top City firm is looking for an NQ-1 PQE Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their market leading practice.

The firm acts for businesses that range from owner-manager SME’s to PLCC’s, and multinational entities with disputes which cross several jurisdictions.

About You

• NQ – 1 PQE Solicitor, qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
• Excellent academics.
• Trained with a top international or City firm.

The Opportunity

• Top City firm, with an excellent reputation for commercial litigation.
• Market leader of a firm.
• Cross-border work including the Middle East, USA, CIS and Russia.

The Role

• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of transaction documents and carrying out due diligence
• Working across a carried client base.
• Varied caseload: shareholder disputes, breach of contract, restructuring & insolvency and regulatory litigation

The role also comes with a varied caseload including Dispute resolution and commercial litigation are at the heart of the firm. This is a chance to join a top team and work on some of the most complex work on the market.
