A Professional Indemnity Solicitor is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 50, Chambers rated law firm based in Leeds. Salary is negotiable and dependant on experience.
My client is an international, award winning Insurance practice with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their market leading Professional Indemnity/Risks team where you will defend high value and complex claims.
The award winning team undertakes a broad range of high profile, contentious work and includes claims against a wide variety of professional service providers together with insurance and reinsurance disputes. This role will focus largely on claims and related insurance issues concerning commercial organisations such as building contractors, engineers, architects, surveyors, investment managers, insurers, fund managers and financial advisers.
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE and it is essential that you have experience of professional risk claims arising from lawyer and/or financial services liability. You will also have experience of insurance litigation and policy coverage analysis.
