Fantastic opportunity to join this Top 200 practice based in affluent areas of the North West and establish a new corporate immigration division. You will need to have gained 5 years' PQE and have the ability to run your own caseload whilst also dealing with business development, cross department referrals and assisting with marketing.
This practice are a commercial & corporate law firm that have a fantastic client base to include HNW national & international businesses to include SME's & FTSE listed companies. You will be provided with time & financial support to help boost the profile of this new department and establish them as one of the only corporate immigration teams in Shropshire & Cheshire.
One key requirement of this role is the ability to bring your own caseload and tap into an existing client base that will be able to refer work through immediately. As this is a new team you will not be tasked with unachievable targets, as the main responsibility is to get the department up and running, before then dealing with recruitment & expansion of the team.
Salary is based on experience level but will likely start around the £50,000 level, with the opportunity to progress your career on to an Associate, Senior Associate and Partner level. This practice have a fantastic benefits package in place and despite being a commercial law firm, they are able to strike a good work/life balance.
