A boutique law firm in the East Midlands has an opportunity for a junior-mid level Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its growing team. Offered on a full-time, permanent basis, this role presents an excellent opportunity for a junior Commercial Litigation Solicitor who is seeking a varied and challenging role, working for a very well-regarded Partner.
About the Role
This busy team works with a broad range of clients. Key matters covered by the Dispute Resolution Solicitor will include the following:
- Commercial Litigation
- Property Litigation
- Commercial Contract Disputes
- Partner/Director/Shareholder Disputes
- Disputes arising out of intellectual property rights
- Landlord and Tenant Disputes
- Boundary Disputes including adverse possession
- Injunction relief proceedings
Daily tasks of the Dispute Resolution Solicitor will include handling settlement negotiations, dealing with disclosure, researching intricate points of law and assisting with business development initiatives.
About the Person
The successful applicant will be a UK qualified Solicitor with at least 6 months’ experience gained in a litigation seat at a comparable firm. Candidates with more experience will also be considered.
Alongside an exceptional academic record, key skills that the Dispute Resolution Solicitor must possess include:
