The Role

The firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join their office in Bury.

You will have full support from the department's experienced partners in order to assist you with developing your own network of contacts and clients. They department deal with a range of different clients and get many referrals through their reputation across Lancashire.

You will take on a diverse and broad caseload of solely privately funded matters to include Divorce, property and financial issues, child care arrangements, separation agreements, co-habitation, domestic violence and pre and post nuptial agreements.

Due to the expansion of the team and increased workloads, the role comes with prospects for career progression and development.

Requirements

• You will be a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3 years + PQE
• You have a good level of experience dealing with privately funded work, with an emphasis on financial remedy work.
• Excellent communication skills
• You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail

Remuneration

• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package and a lucrative bonus structure
