Commercial Litigation Solicitor – Cardiff

Our client is an ambitious boutique practice based in London but with a small, growing Cardiff office that they are looking to bolster with a talented, innovative, senior commercial litigation solicitor  - ideally 6-8 years PQE.

This is a unique opportunity for a senior solicitor looking for a more flexible working environment. Our client fully supports hybrid working and had already embraced it long before Covid-19. They will set you up fully with everything you need for home as well as in the Cardiff office.  They are very used to working remotely, their systems have been built to enable people to be able to work from any location anywhere around the world! They will need you to spend some of your working time in the office, but exactly how much is something they are very happy to discuss.

They are looking for a 7 years PQE commercial litigation solicitor to join their growing and incredibly busy team, they have a huge amount of work already and with new instructions coming through every day, so can offer a level of security other firms perhaps can’t.

The successful candidate will be an experienced/senior associate with experience of commercial litigation and company or insolvency litigation. Knowledge and experience defending Director Disqualification claims, including pre-action correspondence and proceedings through to trial, would be very advantageous.

They are looking to bring on board an individual capable of running complex commercial litigation cases on their own, and in conjunction with others for larger cases. 

The role has arisen due to the sheer volume of work in their Cardiff office that has and fits in with their continued growth plan in the city and region.
