Our client is an innovative and award winning firm with offices based around Berkshire. A recognised Legal 500 and Chambers UK ranked firm - they are looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor on a full time permanent basis.

Responsibilities would include:

  • Handling a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters and disputes including contractual, shareholder and director, personal negligence, product liability, intellectual property and insolvency
  • Working closely with the Partners to achieve both individual and team targets
  • Taking responsibility for maintaining the firms high standards of client care
  • Marketing and promoting the Litigation department, raising the firms profile.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Commercial Litigation Solicitor, FILEX or equivalent with 2-7 PQE. In return this firm will offer a very competitive salary, a passionate environment and a firm interest in your personal development and career progression.
