Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

Highly regarded, multi office Home Counties firm are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing fee earner on a permanent or fixed term contract basis. An additional piece of recruitment to deal with an influx of instructions this role is to commence as soon as possible and is offered on a flexible basis with the prospect of home working for the right candidate.

Applicants must be confident in dealing with a busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters working with minimum supervision. The caseload consists of the full remit of residential matters including:

- Sales and purchases

- Freehold and leasehold

- Remortgages

- Equity transfer & release

- Shared ownerships

- Lease extensions

This role is offered on either a permanent basis or fixed term contract for 6-9 months and applications will be considered from solicitors, legal executives and residential conveyancers.
