A Life Insurance business based in Surrey is looking for a Legal Counsel to join its growing in-house team on a full-time, permanent basis. The business provides a range of products to a customer base across the UK and is the parent company for a number of household name brands.
About the Role
Key aspects of the Legal Counsel role will include:
- Drafting, amending, advising and negotiating on a variety of bespoke and standard form commercial contracts
- A particular focus on technology / IT related contracts
- Advising on matters relating to data privacy
About You
To fill this In-House Counsel vacancy, the business looks to hire a qualified practice Lawyer who demonstrates:
- At least 3 years’ PQE
- Experience in commercial law, corporate law or litigation
- Desire to transition into a broad in-house commercial role
