Commercial Property Solicitor
Regional heavyweight has an opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the busy Chelmsford office. The Commercial Property team works across offices, but has a full time permanent position in Chelmsford for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor.
The Role:
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will:
* Enjoy a broad caseload of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant work, leases and related documentation, acquisitions and disposals, refinancing, and business sales.
* Have the opportunity to build your own contacts and connection and develop business for the team
* Work closely with other teams at this highly successful practice
The Candidate:
You will be 5 yrs PQE ideally with experience in commercial property. Applications are sort from anyone up to Partner level for this particular opportunity. In addition you will be a strong team player with good communication skills and an apitude for business development.
