My client is a legal 500 ranked and established full service practice with several offices in Hertfordshire and London. They currently have a requirement for a Paralegal to join their busy residential conveyancing team in St Albans.
This large residential property team offers a full range of residential property services. The team acts for private clients as well as developers, surveyors, banks, pension funds, institutional investors, retailers, landlords and tenants. The client provides an extremely efficient and accurate service using the latest technology and processes and is CQS accredited.
The residential property team is now looking for an experienced residential property paralegal to join the busy residential property team in St Albans.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a busy residential property team with a strong background in dealing with general residential property and domestic conveyancing matters including residential sales, purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions and plot sales/purchases.
Excellent client-handling skills are a pre-requisite and staff are required consistently deal with all clients in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
