Job Title: Commercial Property Paralegal 

Location: Chester 

Salary: Up to £18,000 (DOE) 

Permanent, Full Time 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Commercial Property Paralegal to join an outstanding North West legal firm. Their Department is going through a fantastic period of growth making this a fantastic opportunity for an eager and committed individual to join their team. 

The Role: 

To assist and participate in client work undertaken by qualified dee earners across the Department. This Involves:

•    Commercial Leases 
•    Property Management companies
•    Commercial property finance 
•    Commercial property development 
•    City living accommodation 
•    Buy-to-let property portfolios 

Person Specifics: 

•    To have a strong interest in Commercial Property law
•    To be able to work to your own initiative 
•    To be flexible and self-motivated 
•    To have excellent communication skills 
•    To have the ability to remain calm under pressure
•    To have strong IT skills e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook
