Residential Conveyancer - Swindon
Top 100 law firm is looking for an experienced residential conveyancer to join a reputable team based in Swindon.
The residential property, farms & estates team support clients with buying and selling their properties across our Bath, Oxford, London and Swindon offices.
Duties:
- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing files, dealing effectively with cases and transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, leasehold extensions, re-financing and re-mortgaging, affordable housing and transfers of equity.
- Deal directly with clients to take instructions and ensure full understanding in order to deliver on client expectations
- Work closely with partners and senior lawyers to develop client relationship skills
- Actively develop relationships with smaller clients
Person Specification:
- You will be a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer
- At least 3 years experience managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload
