This Private Practice is currently going through significant expansion across multiple UK offices and require an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their close-knit team. They are a leading Midlands based law firm and their team is well respected within the industry.
Description
As a Conveyancing Paralegal you will be responsible for:
- Dealing with all aspects of the conveyancing transaction.
- Managing a mixed case load of leasehold, new build, freehold and shared ownership and transactions.
- Running your own files from start to finish.
- Ensure that clients are dealt with efficiently and politely.
Profile
The successful Conveyancing Paralegal will:
- Have experience working as a paralegal within a busy conveyancing department.
- Be able run their own case load from start to finish.
- Have excellent client-handling skills.
- Have excellent time management and organisational skills.
Job Offer
