Sellick Partnership are currently working with a Legal 500 practice who looking to acquire a Residential Property Solicitor into their highly accredited Residential Property team.

Our client is incredibly well established within the market offering the successful Residential Property Solicitor the opportunity to work alongside an expert team of specialists and join a forward thinking and driven team.

Our client is keen to speak with Residential Property Solicitors between 4-8 years PQE, who have strong experience with the following:

  • Sales
  • Purchases
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfers of Equity
  • New Build
  • Shared Ownership
  • Assent or Sale of deceased owners property
  • Power of Attorney transactions
  • Lease extensions
  • Staircasing of Shared Ownership properties
  • First registration of unregistered property
  • Help To Buy loans ( buying, redeeming, transfer of equity)
  • Lifetime ISAs
  • Help to Buy ISAs

The successful Residential Property Solicitor will receive a clearly defined path to progression and a competitive remuneration package dependant on experience.
