Commercial Real Estate Solicitor, 5-6 PQE, London – An outstanding opportunity to join a City, real estate team with exciting prospects for the future.

JOB TITLE: Real Estate Solicitor
PQE: 5-6 years
LOCATION: London
SALARY: £65-75,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
This leading team is looking to recruit an Associate or Senior Associate to join their real estate team. You will work closely with three Partners and nine Fee-Earners of this busy department in the provision of advice to the firm's clients. The firm is looking to recruit a Real Estate solicitor with a commercial outlook who is able to create relationships with the department's largely entrepreneurial and demanding client base. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a full range of work, including mainly commercial property work and residential development work.

THE CANDIDATE:
The firm has a close knit team, and it is important that the successful candidate is a team player who can work well with all members of the department. The Partners and senior members of the team are experienced practitioners who seek to train the junior lawyers to become excellent all round Real Estate Solicitors. You should be comfortable with running your on caseload and getting involved in business development activities.
