The Role

The firm currently require a Commercial Property Partner with a small following to lead the firm's Commercial Property team in their head office. The firm are in an enviable position in terms of the amount of money that they are turning over and as such wish to continue their path to success with a heavyweight hire in the Real Estate/Commercial Property space.

The Real Estate/Commercial Property team are one of the best for a firm this size in the Midlands. This opportunity would suit an existing Partner that is tiring of working at a large national firm or even a Senior Associate that wishes to take a step up in duties and responsibility.

The majority of the team's work comes from existing clients, which is testament to the work that they do. The level of work is exceptional and the firm, given their name and position in the market, has the capacity to handle a great deal more.
