Senior Legal Counsel
Client
You will be joining a leading global multinational, operational across several sectors and industries.
The organisation has a widespread cross-Continental reach and has multiple offices across the globe.
Role
You will be based at the organisation's fantastic central London based HQ. You will also be able to undertake some element of flexible working/WFH.
You will undertake an extremely diverse in-house role, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and advising on various additional day to day legal issues.
You will be rewarded with a highly attractive remuneration package.
You
You will be a UK or other Common Law jurisdiction qualified lawyer with approximately 4-9 years' PQE. You will have qualified at a top 20 UK, US or international law firm, will have prior commercial contracting legal experiences and will also have some prior in-house experience.
