Senior Legal Counsel
Client
You will be joining a household name organisation within the telecoms, tech and infrastructure space.
The organisation is enjoying a sustained period of success and continued growth and has created a brand new role within its expanding legal team.
Role
You will undertake an richly varied and diverse in-house role. You will draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and additionally advise on various day to day issues facing the legal team.
You will be part of a highly collaborative and supportive legal team and report directly into the General Counsel. You will also be able to take on mentoring and managerial responsibilities for junior team members.
You will be rewarded with an extremely attractive remuneration package.
You will work from the company's central London offices and will also be undertake some home/flexible working.
You
You will be a qualified UK Solicitor or other Common Law jurisdiction lawyer with approximately 6+ years' PQE and you will have prior experience drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts. You will either have trained at or spent some time post-qualification working at a top 20 law firm and you will have significant relevant prior in-house experience.
Interviews for this role will take place remotely via telephone/video call.
