A forward-thinking international law firm is looking for a Property Litigation Paralegal to join its London office. Offered on a full-time, permanent basis, this is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Paralegal to build on their experience and be part of one of the largest teams in England & Wales.
Your New Role
The main purpose of the Paralegal role will be to assist olicitors with the day to day running of files, whilst also building your own caseload. You will also be responsible for:
- Preparing trial bundles
- Drafting and preparing claim forms
- Assisting barristers and fee earners in court
- Conducting advocacy on routine matters
- Drafting and preparing pleadings and witness statements
About You
Applications are invited from Paralegals who demonstrate:
- Completed the LPC
- 1+ year of property litigation experience at a reputable firm
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong team playing skills
Salary
On offer for the Property Litigation Paralegal will be £22,000 - £24,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
