My client, a nationally renowned defendant clinical negligence team, are looking for a mid to senior level clinical negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive for their Birmingham office.
The team advises nationally the NHSR and covers a multitude of matters, from defending relatively straight forward clinical negligence cases right up to Catastrophic Injury claims of great complexity.
They hope to hire an experienced clinical negligence Solicitor (ideally with upward of 4 years' experience as the guideline) who can demonstrate the ability to run claims from initial instruction right through to trial. Ideally, you will have experience gained within a defendant clinical negligence team, however clinical negligence Solicitors from a claimant background with a real desire to act on high quality defended matters are also encouraged to apply.
The team take real pride in the quality of work produced in their collegiate and warm working environment.
Salary will be commensurate with previous experience and expertise and incorporates a fantastic benefits scheme.
