Finance Lawyer

The position has come about due to a high influx in workload. As a finance associate you will support the finance team on a range of finance transactions to include structured finance, DCM, leveraged finance, securitisations and banking matters. The firm work with a diverse client base across Europe, the Middle east , North America and Africa.

You will have broad finance experience gained from a highly regarded US or top international practice
