An opportunity has arisen for a personal injury solicitor to join the team at this Legal 100 firm in Birmingham.
Acting for a range of defendant clients, you will be part of a team dealing with a variety of fast track litigated EL and PL personal injury cases. You will run your own caseload whilst also potentially assisting on more complex and serious cases.
The role would suit a junior solicitor or legal executive, including NQs who have run their own caseload, ideally of defendant matters. You should be confident in handling fast track files with minimal supervision, experience of assisting on multi track matters would be advantageous.
