Legal Counsel
Client
You will be joining a market-leading international brand organisation which is operational across several sectors including engineering and tech.
Role
You will be based at the organisation's central London offices. You will also be able to undertake some flexible working/WFH.
You will undertake an extremely varied in-house role and report directly into the General Counsel. You will draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts for the organisation.
You will be rewarded with a highly lucrative and extensive remuneration package.
You
You will be a UK or other Common Law jurisdiction qualified lawyer with approximately 3-7 years' PQE. You will have prior commercial contract drafting and negotiating experiences. You will have trained and qualified at a top 20 law firm and you will also have prior in-house experience.
