A great opportunity for a Planning Lawyer to join a well-regarded London Borough. This is initially a locum role, 3 to 6 months, but with the view to extend up to a year or more.

The Planning Lawyer will be dealing with a range of matters relating to planning law, such as:

  • Providing Planning advice
  • Section 106s
  • Highways advice
  • Section 278 agreements

The successful Planning Lawyer will have experience of the above, ideally from local authority, but this is not vital. Candidates from private practice who have relevant planning law experience are also encouraged to apply.

The Council is well regarded and the candidate will join a really friendly and supportive legal team.

The duration of the assignment can be conducted remotely so it is suitable for planning lawyers who don't even live in London. Our client is flexible about working arrangements and will consider any planning lawyers looking for part time work.

If you are interested, please apply immediately to be considered for short-listing. Alternatively, should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying, please do not hesitate to contact Rayhaneh Tehrani in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
