Mental Capacity Solicitor

A Blackburn based practice with an existing mental health law offering is looking for an experienced solicitor to join the team.

My client, a regional multi-service firm of medium size, is looking for a mental health solicitor to join a small but highly experienced mental health team, the practice is offering very competitive salaries and a truly cohesive, collaborative working environment.

The ideal candidate for the position will be a mental health solicitor with at least three years of post-qualification experience. Mental Health Panel accreditation is required for the position or in the application process of this.

The firm is looking for a solicitor who will see eye to eye with the existing team in terms of client care and internal culture fit. This is an ideal role for an experienced mental health solicitor who is keen to establish themselves in a Blackburn practice, offering plenty of work and an excellent working environment.
