Well established St Albans based, full service firm, are seeking a residential conveyancing paralegal to join their busy team.
This opportunity is offered on a full time, permanent basis.

THE ROLE
Assisting on a mixed and busy caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters
To include sale and purchase of freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership and transfer of equity
Be active in business development of the firm
Provide advice to clients, with an exceptional level of customer care and service
THE REQUIREMENTS
You will be an experienced residential conveyancing paralegal
Ideally with at least 18 months experience
Able to hit the ground running without supervision
Keen to play an active part in business development
