Legal Counsel - Hamburg, Germany (with significant opportunities for flexible working/WFH arrangements)
Client
You will be joining a hugely successful household brand name organisation in the health sector, currently enjoying continued growth and expansion.
Role
You will be based at the organisation's Hamburg offices in Germany. You will also be able to undertake significant amounts of flexible working/WFH to suit your own needs and personal situation.
You will undertake an extremely diverse in-house role, advising on M&A/Corporate matters, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and advising on various day to day legal issues.
You will report directly into the General Counsel and you will enjoy direct and immediate exposure to various internal stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
You will be rewarded with a highly attractive remuneration package including lucrative bonus element.
You
You will be a qualified German lawyer with approximately 1-5 years' PQE/working legal experience. You will have acquired a range of previous experiences in relation to M&A/Corporate matters. You will be fluent in English and German.
