Are you an experienced mid-level lawyer looking for an exciting new opportunity? A top 100 UK law firm is searching for a Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor for their London office.

What do you need?

• They’re seeking to recruit a confident and highly capable Solicitor (3yrs – 5yrs PQE) to join their highly regarded Restructuring & Insolvency team, which was awarded Tier 1 status in the latest Legal 500 rankings.
• As part of their national team, you will report directly to the Partners and Legal Directors and play an integral part in a wide range of transactional, advisory and litigious restructuring and insolvency work, targeting growth in the London market in particular.
• You will have already gained experience of restructuring and/or insolvency matters.

The Firm:

• They have experience in dealing with all types of Contentious and Non-Contentious Corporate, Personal and Cross Border insolvency issues.
• In addition, they have established a niche expertise for cross border work and through their membership of INSOL and ADVOC, a global legal network with over 90 law firms worldwide. This enables them to advise clients located overseas to open insolvency proceedings in England and Wales, as well as clients based in the UK to trace and recover offshore assets.
