A brilliant new opportunity has become available for an IP Solicitor with a leading and regional law firm, with several offices across the Yorkshire region.
Based from their Leeds office, the candidate will ideally have 2-3 years PQE, though candidates with experience outside of this will be considered.
Candidates with contentious and non-contentious experience will be considered.
You will be advising and representing businesses, their senior people and individuals on the whole range on IP and commercial law matters. You will negotiate and draft commercial terms and conditions, agreements and other documents. You will advise on data protection, GDPR and general compliance with applicable regulatory requirements in commercial law matters including consumer protection, e-commerce etc. Additionally, you will advise on protection of IP inc trademarks and designs and register IP e.g. trade marks and more.
The department is relaxed, supportive and informal, but extremely professional. This is a truly outstanding opportunity for an IP Solicitor who wants to join a leading L500 firm.
