Corporate Solicitor

My client, an excellent and well established Legal 500 Law Firm are currently recruiting for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their offices in Sutton Coldfield due to rapid expansion.

The Role:

As the successful Corporate Solicitor, you will be situated in the successful Corporate Commercial department where you will be responsible for managing your own caseload. this caseload may include: Joint Ventures, Shareholder Agreements, Mergers and Demergers, Commercial Agreements, IP, Ecommerce Agreements, and Insolvency Issues.

Requirements:

To be suitable for this position, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a Corporate role and must have managed your own caseload within this discipline. Ideally, you will be NQ-5 years PQE and it would be advantageous if you possess Transactional experience.
