Their dedicated team handles high quality corporate transactional work including corporate M&A, private equity and financing work on behalf of varied clients such as entrepreneurial fast growing start up businesses, partnerships, OMBs and larger listed corporates.

The firm is now keen to appoint a Corporate Solicitor, either an NQ with at least one corporate seat or a qualified corporate solicitor with ideally between 1 and 4 years corporate transactional experience (although lawyers with more experience are welcome to apply.) This role would suit a lawyer practising in the local Cambridge or East of England market or you may be looking to return to the region from elsewhere in the UK.
