Your new role
An important commercial legal position as part of the business' sizeable in-house team, reporting into an experienced senior lawyer. Liaising with key partners including councils, housing agencies, commercial developments and contractors, you will provide contractual support and risk analysis to some of the nation's largest infrastructure and network-build projects.

What you'll need to succeed
You will bring to the table strong commercial contracts negotiation, drafting and review skills, alongside analysing and mitigating risk, using sound judgement to arrive at sensible commercial decisions and translating complex legal matters for a variety of internal and external stakeholders. You will be a commercial lawyer with at least 2 PQE (as a guide), strong training and sustained commercial contracts experience. Exposure to large-scale infrastructure, construction and telecoms projects would be highly valued
