Contentious Construction Lawyer
Our client a leading International law firm seeks to hire an experienced Contentious Construction Lawyer on a fixed term contract for 12 months.
This highly regarded team acts for major public and private sector clients and advises large construction projects. The role will involve proceedings in the TCC, alternative dispute resolution, dispute avoidance and risk management. In the main the work will involve domestic matters but with the opportunity to become involved in international matters.
Sought is an experienced Construction lawyer with upwards of 5 years PQE in construction litigation. In addition suitable candidates must have sound knowledge of JCT, FIDIC and NEC, as well as excellent academics.
